WhosNext? — One record for every customer | Volaretec
Core system · In development

One record for every customer, contact and deal.

WhosNext? is the account behind everything else a customer buys from you — so their van stock, their parts orders and their history live in one place, not three.

No spam — just a note when it’s ready to try.

Everything else connects here

WhoHasWhat? and WhoNeedsWhat? already work on their own — WhosNext? is what ties them to an actual customer record.

One customer, one view See a customer’s fleet stock and open parts orders on the same account, instead of switching between two logins.
Notes and tasks that stick A follow-up gets tied to the account, not left in someone’s inbox where it gets forgotten.
Deals, without the HubSpot bill A pipeline sized for how you actually sell — Lead, Qualified, Quoted, Won, Lost.

Why not just use HubSpot?

Because a generic CRM can’t see your operation — it only knows what someone typed into it.

Why we’re building this

WhoHasWhat? and WhoNeedsWhat? started as two separate products with two separate ideas of who the customer was. WhosNext? is us fixing that properly, instead of bolting a CRM onto each one separately.

Priced like the other systems — because it’s not an afterthought

Unlimited customer accounts on every tier. You pay for how many people on your team are using it, not how many contacts you’ve got.

Running more than one system? Here’s what the suite costs. Starter suite: £110/mo · Professional suite: £215/mo · Enterprise suite: £399/mo — all three systems, 25% off buying them separately. Taking just one extra module alongside WhosNext? saves 15% instead.

Questions people are likely to ask

When is this launching?

We’re aiming for later this year.

Do I need WhosNext? to use WhoHasWhat? or WhoNeedsWhat??

No. Both already run entirely on their own — WhosNext? adds the shared customer view on top once it’s live.

Does it cost extra if I already use WhoHasWhat? or WhoNeedsWhat??

The other way round — combining systems gets you a discount (15% for one extra module, 25% running all three), not a surcharge.

What happens to my data if I start with a module before WhosNext? launches?

Your customer data will be carried over automatically when WhosNext? goes live — you won’t need to re-enter anything.

Will this replace tools like HubSpot?

That’s the intent for businesses our size — a pipeline and customer record without the enterprise CRM overhead. It’s not aiming to match every HubSpot feature, just the ones a trade or service SME actually uses.
