Stop finding out a van’s short a part on the customer’s driveway.
WhoHasWhat? keeps a live stock list for every van in your fleet, so audits take minutes and shortfalls get flagged before your engineers do. This isn’t job costing or automatic reordering — it’s answering one question fast: is the van actually stocked the way it should be, right now.
Most teams get their whole fleet auditing on WhoHasWhat? within a week of signing up.
Runs standalone, or connects to WhosNext? to see fleet stock against the customer account.
Why we built this
We watched an engineer lose 40 minutes chasing a single fitting because nobody knew what was already on the van. We’re not trying to track what a job cost or automate your reordering — just answer that one question fast, before it costs someone a trip.
Three steps, and it runs itself after that
No spreadsheets to maintain, no separate logins to hand out.
Set the standard kit
Decide what every van should carry — once. New vans and new starters inherit it automatically.
Audit from a phone
Walk the van, tick what’s there, note what’s not. No app install, no spreadsheet to open.
See gaps instantly
Shortfalls show up on the dashboard the moment an audit’s saved — not at the next stock check.
Everything you need, nothing you have to chase
My Van
Each engineer sees their own van’s stock list from their own phone, matched to their login.
Live dashboard
Every van on one screen — last audit date and any open shortfalls, visible at a glance.
Find any part, anywhere
Search once to see exactly which vans are carrying a part — and which ones are out.
One standard kit
Change what belongs on a standard van once, then sync it out to every van in one go.
Built for fleets small enough to know by name
Straightforward pricing, no long-term contract
Rolling monthly billing. Give 30 days’ notice whenever you want to stop. All plans include a 14-day free trial, no card required.

Questions before you start
Do engineers need to install anything?
No. Audits run in the browser on any phone — there’s no app to install and no spreadsheet to open.
How is this different from apps that track job costs or reordering?
Those solve a different problem — what a job cost, or getting stock reordered automatically. WhoHasWhat? answers one question: is the van stocked the way it should be, right now. If you need job costing or auto-reordering too, it’s worth pairing this with a tool built for that.
What if someone forgets to run an audit?
The dashboard shows the last audit date for every van, so an overdue one is visible at a glance.
Can I export my data or connect it to other systems?
Not yet — data export is on the roadmap.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
You’ll be asked to add a card to keep going — nothing is cancelled or lost if you need a couple of extra days to decide.
Is this just for vans, or can I track tools and kits too?
Every van can run its own custom kit alongside the standard one — useful for a specialist vehicle that carries different stock to the rest of the fleet.
Does this connect to WhosNext??
Yes — once WhosNext? is live, a van’s stock will show up against the customer account it’s tied to. Until then, WhoHasWhat? runs entirely on its own.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice to stop — no long-term contract.
